customers must provide the following information for C.O.D. Bank name,
checking account number and bank phone number. |

Company check is required for payment unless otherwise approved by Nu-Deluxe.

Visa, MasterCard and Discover are all accepted upon card approval at
no additional charge. |

discount for C.I.A. orders over $100. |

Credit terms of NET
15 will be considered after conducting a reasonable period of steady
business with Nu-Deluxe ($500 minimum per month). Past due invoices
will be charged at 2% per month. |

orders under $50 will be assessed a $7.50 service charge. |

Freight charges on refused orders will be added to the next order.

Returned checks will be assessed a $35 bank charge. |

Shipping

orders shipped via common carrier are freight collect. |

Nu-Deluxe will ship your order the most economical way (UPS, FedEx,
truck) unless otherwise stated by customer. |

Orders placed by 4:30 central time usually ship out the same day.
