Return Authorization Number |
All
merchandise returns must be authorized by Nu-Deluxe. A Return
Goods Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days of
shipping date. Please contact the Nu-Deluxe Customer Service
department for an RGA number. An RGA number is good for 30 days
from date of issuance.

Sending Back Your Shipment |
All
merchandise must be shipped in protective outer boxing with the
RGA number on the outside of the shipping box. All returned goods
must be in resalable condition in the original manufacturer’s
packaging. Do not mark directly on the manufacturer’s box; this
will affect the salable condition.All
returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.Keep a record of your
return; note the date, carrier and tracking number of each package
shipped back to Nu-Deluxe. You may be required to present proof of
return in the event Nu-Deluxe cannot locate your package.RGA
numbers expire after 30 days of issuance. Be sure to return your
product promptly, returned goods with expired RGA’s will not be
accepted.

Customer Ordering Errors |
All
authorized merchandise returns will be assessed a 20% restocking
fee. RGA requests on merchandise purchased over 30 days from date
of invoice will be considered as a buyback and priced at
Nu-Deluxe’s need for product.Special
order items cannot be returned.

Nu-Deluxe Shipping Errors |
We apologize
for any errors caused by Nu-Deluxe. It is the responsibility of
the recipient to inspect all merchandise for shortages or
miss-shipments. All claims must be filed within 10 days from the
date of invoice.Returns
must be shipped freight pre-paid. Provide the customer service
department with the cost of shipping on your return package and Nu-Deluxe
will reimburse the freight charges to you.

Damaged Goods |
It is the
responsibility of the recipient to inspect all merchandise for
damage and mishandling. If damages occur, immediately contact the
respective carrier to report the claim. Do not discard any of the
shipping cartons or product. A FedEx or UPS inspector must
substantiate all claims for damages on parcel shipments. If any
claim is not supported by an inspection, it will be disallowed.
All claims must be filed within 10 days from date of invoice.

Defective Merchandise |
Nu-Deluxe
does not warranty OEM products, we only warranty compatible brand
products. When making a claim on defective merchandise, include
sample copies as well as a completed copy of Nu-Deluxe’s Defective
Claim form.
